Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-year restaurant management experience
  • ability to work independently and as a member of a team
  • desire to learn and willingness to accept feedback
  • must have a great personality, a desire to serve guests, and enjoy working as part of a team
  • strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • mobility including bending, reaching, wiping, and carrying
  • able to stand for long periods without a break

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-year restaurant management experience
  • experience in quick service restaurant (QSR) or fast casual preferred but not required
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • desire to learn and willingness to accept feedback
  • strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • a great personality with a desire to serve guests and work as part of a team
  • bilingual preferred

Job Duties

  • Interview, hire, train and orientate a team
  • oversee and enforce proper standards and procedures
  • maintain excellent customer satisfaction
  • inventory counting and recording
  • cash management
  • create schedules for their stores
  • opening, closing, and additional administrative duties
  • ensure proper food handling and preparation
