Job Duties

  • generate and monitor center revenue
  • be an operational pro managing day-to-day floor operations
  • train and supervise all staff members
  • review center performance through meetings and profit and loss statements
  • maintain high team morale and address HR issues
  • prioritize guest satisfaction and resolve complaints
  • drive food and beverage sales through program management and training
  • remain flexible with work shifts including weekends and holidays
