- 5+ years of relevant management experience
- ability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- generate and monitor center revenue
- be an operational pro managing day-to-day floor operations
- train and supervise all staff members
- review center performance through meetings and profit and loss statements

- prioritize guest satisfaction and resolve complaints
- drive food and beverage sales through program management and training
- remain flexible with work shifts including weekends and holidays
