Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Drive success of the restaurant through direction and control of operations to ensure positive guest experience and profitability
- Direct the operation of the restaurant to attain sales and profit objectives
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, safety and sanitation
- Display, encourage, and inspire high morale and motivation in the restaurant
- Create positive relationships with team members and guests by treating everyone with respect
- Ensure proper training of new team members and recurring training for ongoing employees
- Minimize turnover by responding to and resolving team member issues
- Support and practice an open door policy
- Promote an atmosphere of positive Guest Relations
- Build Guest relationships and respond to Guest complaints or concerns professionally and timely
- Establish positive relationship with local authorities and seek their help in managing regulatory and governance related issues
- Implement advertising and promotional campaigns
- Review financial information and monitor budget to ensure efficient operation and expenditures stay within budget
- Take action to correct any deviations from budget
- Use the computer for review and analysis of information
- Drive positive results for labor through proactive scheduling and reacting to business trends
- Maintain and control restaurant assets
- Monitor restaurant's on-hand inventory for waste and theft
- Ensure adequate inventory levels to meet Guest needs without tying up company assets
- Ensure compliance with cash control policies and procedures
- Supervise cleaning and maintenance of equipment and arrange for repairs, contracts, and other services
- Maintain cleanliness and organization for interior and exterior of the restaurant according to brand and company standards
- Follow company policies and operate according to the brand's Operations Manual
- Demonstrate organizational skills by completing assignments and duties on time
- Develop personal goals for professional growth
- Exhibit a neat and clean appearance consistent with professional image
- Execute company programs and decisions with support and commitment
