Job Requirements

- Prior experience managing a team of 20-50 employees
- Ability to lead daily operations in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Compliance with Federal, State and local laws
- Strong coaching and training abilities

Job Duties
- Maximize restaurant sales and profit goals versus budget and prior year
- Ensure HQSC standards are met or exceeded
- Develop subordinates, build bench, execute proper concept training
- Champion Wendy's operating systems
