Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years in restaurant management or supervisory roles preferred
  • Ability to stand and walk continuously
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
  • Ability to work approximately 50 hours per week
  • Legal eligibility to work in the United States
  • Valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • Manage daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient cafe performance
  • Recruit, train, and mentor team members to reach their full potential
  • Deliver outstanding service and resolve customer concerns promptly
  • Control costs, manage budgets, and drive sales performance
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and food safety regulations
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships
  • Address operational challenges swiftly and effectively
  • Track team and cafe performance, implementing improvements as needed
