Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years in restaurant management or supervisory roles preferred
- Ability to stand and walk continuously
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Ability to work approximately 50 hours per week
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States
- Valid driver’s license

Job Duties
- Manage daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient cafe performance
- Recruit, train, and mentor team members to reach their full potential
- Deliver outstanding service and resolve customer concerns promptly
- Control costs, manage budgets, and drive sales performance
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and food safety regulations
- Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships
- Address operational challenges swiftly and effectively
- Track team and cafe performance, implementing improvements as needed
