This job opportunity is for a General Manager position at a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee of McDonald's, not by McDonald's USA. Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- previous managerial experience in a fast-paced environment
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications
- previous general manager experience in high volume locations
- background in quick service restaurants preferred
- experience in hospitality or retail is advantageous
- strong leadership and team development skills
- excellent communication and organizational abilities
- ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of restaurant operational standards
Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- work with leadership to set restaurant goals and develop plans to achieve them
- lead and coach Department Managers to set goals, monitor progress, and improve their departments
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
- oversee daily restaurant operations to maintain high customer service levels
- manage staffing, scheduling, and employee performance
- ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
