Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience required
- Minimum 4-6 years in family, fast-food, or casual dining
- Ability to work various shifts including weekends
- Strong communication skills
- Physical ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform duties that require bending, stooping, reaching, and using hands
- Ability to taste, smell, and verbally communicate
- Ability to use vision capacities including close and distance vision
- Compliant with state mandates for alcohol service where applicable
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- College and/or culinary schooling preferred
- Excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- Plan, assign, and direct work
- Appraise performance and discipline employees including termination
- Address complaints and resolve problems
- Shape restaurant culture and ensure high employee engagement
- Coach and mentor team members
- Model professional behavior creating a hospitable atmosphere
- Communicate sales performance and cascade corporate programs
- Assist team members as needed
- Champion sales building and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Meet and greet guests, resolve food quality and service issues
- Maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, health, safety policies
- Enforce safe work behaviors
- Monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- Control day-to-day operations including cash, inventory, food and labor management
- P&L management including food cost, labor cost, and other controllable items
- Control food costs via recipes and portion control
- Optimize weekly schedules and monitor sales performance
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of restaurant equipment
- Maintain facility and company assets
- Perform all other duties as assigned
