Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years prior management experience in a restaurant setting
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Knowledge of food safety, health, and OSHA regulations
- Competency with scheduling and labor management tools
- Ability to handle physical demands of standing long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to enforce company policies and procedures
- Ability to maintain a safe and clean environment
- Ability to manage financial aspects including P&L oversight
- State-age compliance for alcohol service where applicable
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience in restaurant management
- 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant environment preferred
- College or culinary school education preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Dedication to exceptional guest service
- Proficient computer skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Basic business math and accounting skills

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations including staff supervision and policy enforcement
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- Assign and direct work
- Appraise performance and implement employee rewards or discipline including terminations
- Foster a positive culture and high employee engagement
- Coach and mentor team members to ensure successful job performance and guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior to create a warm and hospitable atmosphere
- Communicate sales performance and operational updates to the team
- Support sales building activities and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Greet guests and resolve service and food quality issues
- Maintain cost controls and manage profitability
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes, and company policies
- Promote workplace safety for guests and employees
- Monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- Manage cash control, security procedures, inventory, financial reports, and employee schedules
- Control food and labor costs and perform weekly inventory
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of restaurant equipment and facilities
- Perform additional duties as assigned
