Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 4-6 years of experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant leadership roles
- ability to stand and walk for long periods
- ability to push, lift, carry, and transfer up to 50 pounds
- ability to use hands for handling and controls
- ability to bend, stoop, and maintain good vision including color and depth perception
- verbal communication skills
- ability to access all restaurant areas
- adherence to state alcohol serving age requirements if applicable
- willingness to work varied shifts including weekends
- compliance with safety and sanitation procedures
- ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- plan, assign, and direct work
- appraise performance
- address complaints and resolve issues
- promote and maintain a high level of employee engagement and positive restaurant culture
- coach and mentor team members for success and guest satisfaction
- model professional, warm, and hospitable behavior
- communicate sales performance and implement corporate programs
- assist team members with job duties as needed
- champion sales-building activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover and sales metrics
- meet and greet guests and resolve food quality and service issues
- maintain cost controls and profit management
- ensure compliance with OSHA, health, and safety codes
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- control cash, inventory, labor scheduling, and review financial reports
- manage food, labor, and other controllable costs
- ensure proper use and maintenance of restaurant equipment and assets
- perform other duties as assigned
