  • Minimum 4-6 years restaurant experience
  • Prior leadership role experience
  • Ability to work varied shifts including weekends
  • Physical ability to stand all shift and lift up to 50 pounds

  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Commitment to safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations according to company policies and applicable laws
  • Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
  • Assign and direct work while appraising performance, addressing complaints, and disciplining staff
  • Foster a positive restaurant culture with high employee engagement
  • Coach and mentor team members to ensure job success and guest satisfaction
  • Model professional behavior to create a hospitable atmosphere
  • Communicate sales performance and cascade corporate initiatives
  • Assist team members with duties as needed
  • Drive sales through suggestive selling and maximizing table turnover
  • Meet and greet guests and resolve food quality and service issues
  • Maintain cost controls and profit management
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, health, safety, and security policies
  • Enforce safe work behaviors
  • Monitor quality food and cleanliness standards
  • Manage cash control, inventory, labor, and food costs
  • Maintain restaurant equipment and facility
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
