Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations according to company policies and applicable laws
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- Assign and direct work while appraising performance, addressing complaints, and disciplining staff
- Foster a positive restaurant culture with high employee engagement
- Coach and mentor team members to ensure job success and guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior to create a hospitable atmosphere
- Communicate sales performance and cascade corporate initiatives
- Assist team members with duties as needed
- Drive sales through suggestive selling and maximizing table turnover
- Meet and greet guests and resolve food quality and service issues
- Maintain cost controls and profit management
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, health, safety, and security policies
- Enforce safe work behaviors
- Monitor quality food and cleanliness standards
- Manage cash control, inventory, labor, and food costs
- Maintain restaurant equipment and facility
