  • 5+ years of management experience in full service kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
  • strong analytical and decision-making skills

  • ability to lead and develop teams
  • excellent problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Develop financial operational plans and budgets
  • monitor performance to achieve financial goals
  • drive food and beverage sales
  • manage labor costs and expenses
  • manage daily center operations including scheduling and planning
  • communicate effectively with team members
  • supervise and conduct staff training in guest service and operations
  • oversee loss prevention and company operating standards
  • manage direct reports including assistant general managers and department managers
  • conduct regular performance reviews and meetings with management team
  • review profit and loss statements and adjust plans
  • maintain team morale and address HR issues
  • resolve customer complaints ensuring guest satisfaction
  • oversee management and growth of food and beverage program
  • provide ongoing training and enforce corporate standards
  • work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours
