Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
  • Minimum 5 years senior management experience in luxury or lifestyle hotels
  • Proven track record managing multiple hotel properties or outlets
  • Strong financial and business analysis capabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Proficiency with hotel management software and technology

Job Duties

  • Manage owners' assets focusing on maximizing returns and Hyatt's value proposition
  • Develop and execute long-term business strategies emphasizing brand positioning
  • Maintain positive and effective relationships with property owners
  • Utilize data insights for informed business decision-making
  • Oversee financial reporting, forecasting, and planning including departmental P&Ls
  • Challenge and improve practices to meet guest quality expectations
  • Optimize sales and revenue management for growth and profitability
  • Maintain well-maintained facilities to preserve asset value
  • Lead capital planning and use of owner's capital for improvements
  • Embrace technology and digital initiatives to enhance performance
  • Ensure safety of colleagues and guests
  • Align property operations, guest service, and commercial offerings with brand standards
  • Promote environmental sustainability
  • Balance needs of stakeholders including leaders, colleagues, guests, owners, and community
