Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older
  • previous general manager experience running high volume locations
  • ability to lead a team of managers
  • strong organizational and planning skills
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • willingness to work flexible hours
  • ability to maintain high operational standards

Job Qualifications

  • previous general manager experience running high volume locations
  • background in quick service restaurants desired
  • experience in hospitality or retail is a plus
  • strong leadership and coaching skills
  • ability to set and achieve goals
  • excellent communication skills

Job Duties

  • run a profitable restaurant that meets McDonald’s critical standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • work with leadership to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
  • lead and coach a team of Department Managers to improve departmental performance
  • hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
  • monitor progress and provide direction to ensure operational success
  • maintain high standards of customer experience
  • oversee staffing and scheduling to meet restaurant needs
