- must be 18 years or older
- previous general manager experience running high volume locations
- ability to lead a team of managers
- strong organizational and planning skills
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- willingness to work flexible hours
- ability to maintain high operational standards

Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant that meets McDonald’s critical standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- work with leadership to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- lead and coach a team of Department Managers to improve departmental performance
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
- monitor progress and provide direction to ensure operational success
- maintain high standards of customer experience
- oversee staffing and scheduling to meet restaurant needs
