Job Requirements
- bachelor’s degree
- five or more years of management experience in full service restaurant operations
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong leadership and team-building abilities
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
- ability to lift objects with some assistance

Job Duties
- develop financial operational plans and budgets and monitor their performance to achieve center financial goals including driving food and beverage sales
- control labor costs and other expenses
- manage day-to-day operations including scheduling, planning, organizing, and effective communication
- supervise and direct team training in guest service, food and beverage operations, loss prevention, and company standards
- lead direct reports including Assistant General Managers, Facility Managers, Kitchen Managers, and Event Managers
- conduct regular management meetings to review center performance and adjust action plans
- maintain high team morale and address HR or loss prevention issues
- resolve customer complaints to ensure guest satisfaction
- manage and grow the Food and Beverage program maintaining high quality and guest satisfaction
- work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
