Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years management experience in the hospitality industry preferably in extended stay hotels
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Availability to work full-time in person
- Proficiency with hotel management software and common business tools
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of honesty and integrity

- Proven management experience in an extended stay hotel or similar hospitality environment
- Strong leadership and team motivation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of hotel operations and industry best practices
- Ability to manage budgets and financial performance

Job Duties
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk management housekeeping maintenance and guest services
- Lead and motivate a diverse team to deliver excellent customer service
- Ensure compliance with all brand standards and company policies
- Manage financial performance including budgeting forecasting and cost control
- Foster a positive work environment and support staff development
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness safety and guest satisfaction
- Handle guest complaints and resolve operational issues promptly
