- Bachelor's degree
- minimum 5 years of management experience in related food service operations
- strong business math and accounting skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Develop and monitor financial operational plans and budgets
- control labor costs and other expenses
- manage day-to-day operations including scheduling and team coordination
- supervise and train staff on guest service, food and beverage operations, and company standards
- conduct regular meetings to review center performance and adjust strategies
- maintain high team morale and address HR or loss prevention issues
- ensure guest satisfaction by resolving complaints appropriately
- oversee and expand the food and beverage program ensuring quality and sales growth
- maintain flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
