Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • provide prompt and courteous guest service
  • answer questions and resolve guest problems and complaints
  • maintain inventory control including cost of goods, turn-ratio, ordering and receiving products
  • manage budgeting, sales forecasts, and profit/loss performance
  • oversee maintenance of building, equipment, and grounds
  • troubleshoot and coordinate maintenance of POS system
  • supervise and train teammates including scheduling, coaching, performance management, and appraisals
  • hold teammates accountable and implement performance management techniques
  • arrange employment advertising, interview, and select teammates
  • monitor staffing levels and maintain labor control
  • conduct orientation and staff meetings
  • provide safety, security, and environmental leadership
  • open and close the store
  • complete daily, weekly, and monthly paperwork
  • maintain and enforce cash controls
  • partner with Loss Prevention Department for policy compliance
  • assist at other locations as necessary
