Job Requirements
- GED or diploma required
- Minimum five years management experience with at least two years in a similar industry
- Six years' experience in related field
- Experience in last-mile delivery or small parcel services highly desired
- Experience with independent contractor model
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to inspire a shared vision and engage a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills using MS Office Suite

- Experience in last-mile delivery or small parcel services highly desired

- Proficiency in organization and time management using MS Office Suite
Job Duties
- Guide and direct facility management in the development, production, promotion, and financial aspects of the organization's services
- Direct, plan and budget preparation based on corporate goals and objectives
- Evaluate the results of overall operations regularly and report to Regional Operations and General Managers
- Maintain engineered staffing levels, including coaching, skills development, rewards and recognition, performance management and staff productivity
- Ensure adherence to contract terms and collaborate with vendors and independent contractors for accountability
