Job Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and car insurance
  • Completion of Next Step Management Development Program
  • Certification and recertification through Management Training Programs
  • Flexibility to work a minimum of 50 hours per week
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
  • Strong physical stamina including ability to stand, kneel, and communicate effectively
  • Adherence to company policies including compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws

Job Qualifications

  • Degree in hospitality, business, or hotel/restaurant management preferred
  • Minimum five years of restaurant management experience required
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to read and analyze financial statements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, internet, and POS systems
  • Effective problem-solving, decision making, and team-building skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English, bilingual skills a plus
  • Certification in management training programs
  • Serve Safe Food and/or Serve Safe Alcohol certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage the workforce including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training team members
  • Plan, direct, and evaluate team members' work and performance
  • Create and maintain a positive workplace environment that aligns with company values
  • Lead efforts to deliver exceptional guest experiences ensuring personalized customer attention
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with food handling procedures and health regulations
  • Manage restaurant profitability through budget oversight, sales growth initiatives, and cost control
  • Supervise delivery and inventory management while maintaining facility cleanliness and safety standards
