Job Requirements
- 5+ years of management experience in full service kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
- bachelor’s degree
- ability to develop financial plans and monitor budgets
- flexible availability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- strong problem-solving and communication skills
- ability to manage multiple team members and departments
- physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift with assistance as required

Job Duties
- help develop financial operational plans/budgets and monitor performance to achieve financial goals including driving food & beverage sales
- review and control labor costs and other expenses
- manage day-to-day operations including scheduling, planning, organizing, and communication with team
- supervise and direct regular training for all staff members ensuring proficiency in guest service, food & beverage operations, loss prevention, and company standards
- manage multiple departments efficiently and conduct regular meetings with management team to review performance and offer direction
- address center-level HR or loss prevention issues and maintain high team morale
- achieve and maintain guest service goals and ensure customer complaints are resolved appropriately
- oversee and expand food & beverage program ensuring highest quality standards and guest satisfaction
- work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended workdays as needed
