Job Requirements

  • At least three years experience as a restaurant general manager at quick service restaurant with heavy drive-thru operation
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle fast-paced work environment
  • Commitment to maintain high standards of food quality and service
  • Ability to develop and motivate a diverse team
  • Reliable transportation to commute to restaurant location

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • Proven experience as a general manager in quick service restaurant environment
  • Strong background in managing drive-thru operations
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Excellent leadership and team development skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and financial reports
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Lead and mentor team members to achieve restaurant goals
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations including drive-thru service
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
  • Manage financial performance including budgeting and labor costs
  • Drive customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service
  • Implement company culture and motivate staff to exceed expectations
  • Maintain inventory and order supplies as necessary
