Job Requirements
- At least three years experience as a restaurant general manager at quick service restaurant with heavy drive-thru operation
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to handle fast-paced work environment
- Commitment to maintain high standards of food quality and service
- Ability to develop and motivate a diverse team
- Reliable transportation to commute to restaurant location
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Proven experience as a general manager in quick service restaurant environment
- Strong background in managing drive-thru operations
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Excellent leadership and team development skills
- Ability to manage budgets and financial reports
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Lead and mentor team members to achieve restaurant goals
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including drive-thru service
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
- Manage financial performance including budgeting and labor costs
- Drive customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service
- Implement company culture and motivate staff to exceed expectations
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as necessary
