Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Foodservice Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
- four or more years of foodservice management experience in retail, corporate, or contract dining environments
- demonstrated experience managing financials, budgets, and cost controls
- strong knowledge of food, coffee, catering, and retail dining trends with a focus on quality and consistency
- experience overseeing retail and grab and go operations
- proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- ability to interact effectively with clients, associates, and senior leadership
- proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and standard business systems

Job Duties
- Provide full operational and financial oversight for a corporate dining account including barista bar, grab and go, and catering services
- lead a team of approximately five hourly associates with the Executive Chef as the only other salaried leader on site
- own all aspects of foodservice operations including service standards, food quality, safety, sanitation, and guest experience
- manage P and L performance including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting
- ensure all service timelines, operational deadlines, and client expectations are consistently met
- partner closely with the Executive Chef on menu execution, production planning, and catering delivery
- hire, train, coach, and develop associates while maintaining strong employee engagement and accountability
- conduct regular team meetings and maintain clear, professional communication across all levels
- audit operations to ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and food safety standards
- build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal Compass partners
