Job Description
This position is for a General Manager role at a restaurant independently owned and operated under a McDonald's franchise. It is vital to understand that the franchisee operates as a separate entity from McDonald's USA, holding a license to use McDonald's logos and food products while managing the restaurant business autonomously. The franchisee is solely responsible for all employment decisions at the restaurant, including hiring, firing, staff supervision, discipline, and scheduling.
