Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- previous General Manager experience
- ability to run a high volume restaurant
- knowledge of quick service restaurant operations
- strong leadership skills
- excellent communication abilities
- experience in staffing and scheduling
- capability to develop and mentor employees

Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant
- ensure the restaurant meets McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- lead and coach Department Managers
- provide direction to improve restaurant departments
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- oversee team performance and customer experience
