Job Requirements
- Minimum five years of foodservice management experience
- Proven experience managing financials including budgets, forecasting, and cost controls
- Strong leadership presence
- Ability to motivate, coach, and retain high performing teams
- Experience overseeing retail cafe operations and catering programs
- Solid understanding of food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and operational reporting systems
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Foodservice Management, or related field preferred or equivalent professional experience

Job Duties
- Oversee all daily operations for cafe service and catering programs, ensuring seamless execution and consistent guest experience
- Lead, coach, and develop management and hourly teams, fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and hospitality
- Maintain full P&L ownership including budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and food cost control
- Partner closely with the client to ensure expectations are met and exceeded, serving as a trusted operational advisor
- Ensure compliance with all company standards, food safety regulations, sanitation requirements, and record keeping practices
- Drive operational efficiency while maintaining Wolfgang Puck Catering quality standards and presentation
- Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of management team members
- Conduct regular audits, meetings, and performance reviews to ensure operational excellence
- Collaborate with culinary leadership on menu execution, catering offerings, and program enhancements
