Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of management experience in full service kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
  • ability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
  • strong problem-solving skills
  • ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
  • ability to lift objects with some assistance

Job Duties

  • Help develop financial operational plans and budgets and monitor their performance to achieve your center’s financial goals, including driving food and beverage sales
  • review and control labor costs and other expenses
  • manage the day-to-day operations of your center, scheduling, planning, organizing, and communicating effectively with your team
  • supervise and direct regular training for all staff members and ensure their proficiency in guest service, food and beverage operations, loss prevention, and company operating standards
  • conduct regular meetings with your management team to review center performance and offer direction
  • help keep morale high for your team and address any center-level HR or loss prevention issues
  • achieve and maintain overall guest service goals and ensure that customer complaints are resolved appropriately
