Job Requirements

  • Must be servsafe certified
  • must be certified Moe's Manager
  • Self-discipline, strong initiative, leadership ability and outgoing personality
  • pleasant, polite manner with neat, clean appearance
  • effective motivator
  • ability to handle pressures of coordinating multiple activities and team members
  • good communication skills
  • ability to multi-task effectively
  • ability to perform effective interviews
  • ability to supervise 15-25 team members
  • weekly work week of approximately 50 hours
  • ability to lift 50 pounds and perform prolonged standing
  • ability to work with hot, cold and hazardous restaurant equipment

Job Qualifications

  • College degree preferred but not required
  • previous restaurant experience is a must
  • knowledge of computers including MS Word and Excel
  • valid drivers license
  • eligible to work in the United States
  • agree to a background check

Job Duties

  • Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant to ensure guest satisfaction and increased profitability
  • ensure 100 percent guest satisfaction in areas of quality, service and cleanliness and respond to guest complaints to retain customers
  • provide direction to team members regarding operational and procedural issues and maintain staffing plan
  • develop all team members by providing ongoing feedback and conduct performance reviews
  • enforce sanitary practices for food handling and maintain high health inspection scores
  • ensure security procedures to protect guests, employees and assets
  • manage financial operations including sales, labor hours and cost goals and analyze monthly profit and loss statements
  • book spirit nights monthly and promote community involvement
  • investigate and address any complaints from mystery shopper reports
