Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience
- Minimum 4-6 years in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects and lead a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work varied shifts including weekends
- Compliance with all state mandated age requirements for alcohol-serving establishments
- Physical ability to stand for entire shifts and walk long distances
- Ability to lift, push, and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to bend, stoop, and use hands for handling tools and controls
- Capability to use vision and verbal communication effectively
- Ability to access all areas of the restaurant including floor, stock, and registers
- Commitment to uphold safety and sanitation procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Minimum of 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- College and/or culinary schooling preferred
- Excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations according to company policies and applicable laws
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- Plan, assign, and direct work while appraising performance
- Reward and discipline employees including termination
- Address complaints and resolve problems
- Foster a high level of employee engagement and shape restaurant culture
- Coach and mentor team members to ensure job success and guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior and create a hospitable atmosphere
- Communicate sales performance and cascade corporate initiatives
- Assist team members with job duties as needed
- Champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Meet and greet guests and resolve food quality/service issues
- Maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, health codes, and company safety policies
- Enforce safe work behaviors
- Monitor quality food standards and cleanliness
- Control day-to-day operations including cash control, inventory, and scheduling
- Manage food cost, labor cost, and other controllable expenses
- Follow recipes and portion control
- Conduct weekly inventory
- Optimize labor schedules using company tools
- Ensure proper use of equipment
- Maintain facility and company assets
- Perform other assigned duties
