Job Requirements
- 4+ years' experience in QSR or retail management
- Minimum 21 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work necessary schedules including holidays and weekends
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to equitable, unbiased culture
- US work authorization without sponsorship
- Willingness to travel 0-10%
- Physical ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally
- Adapt to fluctuating temperatures and noise levels
- Adhere to dress code policy

- At least 21 years of age

Job Duties
- Serve as a role model for customer-first behaviors according to company standards
- Build a team of customer-focused employees through coaching and performance management
- Ensure all products meet Krispy Kreme quality standards and guarantee customer satisfaction
- Ensure all store physical property is in good working condition
- Direct and manage store sales efforts including Hot Light times, retail sales, fundraising, and suggestive selling
- Achieve business plan objectives and profitability according to store operating plan and financial goals
- Demonstrate safety consciousness and promote store safety
- Maintain a high level of store sanitation and cleanliness
- Implement procedures to maximize efficiencies and control variances in daily production and overall store performance
- Understand the production process and maintain schedules to guarantee high quality and output
- Coordinate production schedules to meet customer demands and minimize labor hours
- Interface with corporate office personnel in a timely manner as needed
