Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Three plus years of restaurant management experience
  • Ability to lead, coach, and develop teams
  • Proven financial planning and budgeting skills
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules
  • Responsible alcohol service training
  • Food safety and handling training as required by state

Job Qualifications

  • Three plus years of restaurant management experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Financial acumen including P&L management, budgeting, and labor controls
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a high-energy, customer-first environment
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Duties

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 30 plus employees and managers
  • Drive financial performance including P&L management, labor controls, and cost of goods
  • Build strong community connections and execute local marketing initiatives
  • Deliver consistent excellence across food quality, service, cleanliness, and atmosphere
  • Recruit, hire, and train talent while fostering a culture of accountability and growth
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety, alcohol service, and labor requirements
  • Represent the Cheba Hut brand and uphold our mission, values, and vibe
