Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old to apply
- Previous experience in restaurant management preferred
- Ability to work hands-on and lead by example
- Competency with P&L analysis and operational strategies
- Ability to recruit and develop team members
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Availability to work early morning hours starting as early as 4 am
Job Qualifications
- One to three years experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in a restaurant setting
- Proven leadership and team motivation skills
- Experience with food cost management and labor target achievement
- Ability to analyze and understand profit and loss statements
- Strong customer service orientation
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work early morning shifts and flexible hours
Job Duties
- Oversee daily store operations from opening to closing
- Manage and motivate the team to ensure a positive and efficient work environment
- Maintain store audit readiness and compliance with company standards
- Execute catering, mobile, and in-store orders accurately and timely
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly
- Handle scheduling, inventory ordering, and store closing procedures
- Perform banking duties including daily deposit submission
