Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old to apply
  • Previous experience in restaurant management preferred
  • Ability to work hands-on and lead by example
  • Competency with P&L analysis and operational strategies
  • Ability to recruit and develop team members
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Availability to work early morning hours starting as early as 4 am

Job Qualifications

  • One to three years experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in a restaurant setting
  • Proven leadership and team motivation skills
  • Experience with food cost management and labor target achievement
  • Ability to analyze and understand profit and loss statements
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work early morning shifts and flexible hours

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily store operations from opening to closing
  • Manage and motivate the team to ensure a positive and efficient work environment
  • Maintain store audit readiness and compliance with company standards
  • Execute catering, mobile, and in-store orders accurately and timely
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly
  • Handle scheduling, inventory ordering, and store closing procedures
  • Perform banking duties including daily deposit submission
