Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have access to an insured vehicle for delivery
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must pass a motor vehicle record check according to company standards
- Ability to stand for long periods during shifts
- Capability to lift and stack product ingredients weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to crouch, squat, stoop, bend or use stairs as required
- Ability to operate and maintain store equipment and facilities
- Ability to greet customers enthusiastically and handle orders with a positive attitude
Job Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and work well under stress
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Proficiency with computer interfaces such as keyboards, touch screens and foot-paddles
- Navigational skills and ability to read maps
- Ability to make sound ethical decisions quickly
- Ability to prepare food according to Domino’s specifications
- Experience in cash handling and making correct monetary change
Job Duties
- Be in charge of all operations during your shift including cost control, inventory control, cash control and customer relations
- Set the example by following all company policies and procedures 100 percent and ensure your crew does the same
- Lead and motivate your team to sell more pizzas and create a fun work environment
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and paperwork submission
- Oversee food management, store cleanliness, and maintain image standards
- Handle marketing initiatives and drive store profitability
- Perform inventory taking, stock ingredients, and ensure timely pizza delivery
