Job Requirements

  • Minimum six months Popeyes managerial experience or one year General Manager experience with another concept or recommendation by current Area Manager
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to calculate and analyze data
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels
  • Proficiency in interpreting Profit and Loss Statements
  • Computer literate

  • Directing the daily operations of a restaurant
  • Ensuring compliance with company standards including product preparation and delivery
  • Managing customer relations
  • Overseeing restaurant maintenance and repair
  • Handling inventory management
  • Leading team management, recruiting and retention of team members
  • Maintaining financial accountability
  • Ensuring the highest quality products and services are delivered to customers
  • Performing other duties as required or assigned
