Job Requirements
- Minimum six months Popeyes managerial experience or one year General Manager experience with another concept or recommendation by current Area Manager
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to calculate and analyze data
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels
- Proficiency in interpreting Profit and Loss Statements
- Computer literate

- Directing the daily operations of a restaurant
- Ensuring compliance with company standards including product preparation and delivery
- Managing customer relations
- Overseeing restaurant maintenance and repair
- Handling inventory management
- Leading team management, recruiting and retention of team members
- Maintaining financial accountability
- Ensuring the highest quality products and services are delivered to customers
- Performing other duties as required or assigned
