Job Requirements

  • Minimum five years leadership experience in customer-facing sales
  • proven success in enhancing customer experience and managing teams and financials
  • flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • college degree preferred but equivalent experience accepted
  • strong composure, positivity, and time management in fast-paced retail
  • outstanding communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • ability to prioritize workload and maintain confidentiality
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • capability to lift and handle up to 25 pounds

Job Duties

  • Oversee front- and back-house operations ensuring smooth workflows
  • co-create operational systems for cash management, food safety, inventory control, and team performance
  • lead human resources functions including staff training, coaching, motivation, feedback, and retention
  • develop efficient schedules balancing operational needs and labor costs
  • collaborate on budgeting and accounting tasks
  • monitor and reduce waste through quality control and recipe adherence
  • implement maintenance schedules and security protocols
  • drive sales through strategic merchandising and promotions
  • act as brand ambassador sharing company story and vision
  • maintain flawless point-of-sale systems operation
