Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience
- one to two years related experience and/or training
- ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations
- ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- ability to present information effectively to groups
- ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
- ability to apply basic algebra and geometry
- ability to define problems, collect data, and draw conclusions
- Serve-Safe certification
- attendance at GM Core classes and Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire or promotion
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or one to two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- knowledge of company operating systems and procedures
- knowledge of company policies and procedures
- understanding of P&L analysis and supervisory practices
- effective leadership and communication skills
- ability to interpret business periodicals and governmental regulations
- Serve-Safe certification
- completed GM Core classes and Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire or promotion
Job Duties
- Manage restaurant operations and staff
- ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, programs, and systems
- lead and direct subordinate managers and crew
- ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local laws
- analyze profit and loss and apply corrective measures
- plan and budget effectively
- conduct staff training and development
