Job Requirements
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Financial acumen including P&L management, budgeting, and labor controls
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-energy, customer-first environment
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Responsible alcohol service training
- Food safety and handling training as required by state
- Ability to establish priorities
- Ability to resolve customer and crew issues
- Ability to work in a diverse culture
- Ability to follow oral and written instruction
- Ability to receive and give direction
- 5 years of restaurant experience
- 3 years of management experience including at least 1 year at assistant general manager level or higher
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Financial planning aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management
- Ability to get results through others
- Organizational, planning, and time management skills
- Ability to facilitate problem-solving
- Team building skills
- Occasional out-of-city/state travel required
- Ability to have reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Stamina to work 12-hour shifts occasionally
- Ability to handle variety of foods including meat, cheese, breads, sauces, and vegetables
- Ability to stand up to 10 hours per day
- Ability to use a computer up to 6 hours per day
- Ability to bend, reach, and maneuver in tight workspaces
- Consistent access to a working smartphone
- Ability to work well under physical and mental stress

Job Duties
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 30+ employees and managers
- Drive financial performance including P&L management, labor controls, and cost of goods
- Build strong community connections and execute local marketing initiatives
- Deliver consistent excellence across food quality, service, cleanliness, and atmosphere
- Recruit, hire, and train talent while fostering a culture of accountability and growth
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, alcohol service, and labor requirements
- Represent the Cheba Hut brand and uphold company mission, values, and vibe
