Job Requirements
- Two or more years of restaurant experience
- progressive supervisory experience
- legally able to work within state and federal guidelines
- valid driver’s license
- Serv Safe certified preferred
- physically able to stand and walk continuously during shifts
- ability to bend, lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- comfortable with face-to-face interaction
- able to navigate a fast-paced cafe environment
- capable of multitasking and maintaining a positive attitude
Job Qualifications
- Two or more years of restaurant experience including progressive supervisory roles
- valid driver’s license
- legal eligibility to work under state and federal guidelines
- Serv Safe certification preferred
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- capacity to multitask and maintain positivity under stress
Job Duties
- Oversee daily cafe operations including hiring and training staff
- manage food safety standards and ensure compliance
- maintain high cleanliness and organization standards
- drive store profitability and control costs
- create a positive work environment and motivate team members
- ensure safety-sensitive tasks are performed correctly
- handle customer service and resolve issues promptly
