Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • proven experience in service industry or hospitality management
  • ability to lead and manage teams effectively
  • strong financial acumen including budgeting and financial analysis
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to interpret and apply contractual obligations
  • willingness to meet physical demands of the role including lifting, bending, and extended walking or standing
  • compliance with safety and operational standards including use of personal protective equipment when needed

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred in Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management
  • ability to focus on client and customer service, entrepreneurship, and business growth
  • strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients, senior management, and support staff
  • experience interpreting and implementing contractual requirements and identifying operational opportunities
  • meaningful experience in service industry, contract services, or hospitality environment
  • proven leadership ability managing through other managers
  • experience in department budgeting, financial controls, and analysis
  • experience crafting sales strategies and implementing operational programs and initiatives

Job Duties

  • Lead a team providing operational expertise in contracted services while managing day-to-day operations
  • manage client and community relationships, assess operations, and develop plans to optimize service and satisfaction
  • build, develop, and lead a management team and staff to achieve organizational objectives
  • recommend methods and resources for service improvement and growth based on operational needs and contract obligations
  • partner with Finance to manage budgets and improve financial performance and productivity
  • manage compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and maintain related records and reports
  • ensure adherence to Aramark's standards of operation, including safety and business conduct policies
