Job Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent experience in operations
  • 1-2 years management or operations experience in the restaurant industry
  • Ability to perform all restaurant operations positions and functions
  • Standing for long periods without break
  • Ability to meet the requirements of all subordinate positions
  • Valid driver's license
  • Availability to travel to multiple stores
  • Ability to perform physical inspections in all restaurant areas
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work in hot and cold environments

Job Qualifications

  • College degree or equivalent experience in operations
  • 1-2 years management or operations experience in the restaurant industry
  • Knowledge of Wendy's operating systems and procedures
  • Understanding of supervisory practices
  • Competence in planning and budgeting
  • Skills in interviewing and training practices

Job Duties

  • Executing the store plan to achieve standards,sales, local marketing programs and profits
  • Staffing and training personnel to maximize customer satisfaction
  • Operating and maintaining the store efficiently
  • Ensuring compliance with Wendy's operating systems, policies and procedures
  • Analyzing P&L statements and implementing corrective actions
  • Conducting physical inspections of the restaurant and managing supplies
  • Traveling to multiple stores as needed to support operations
