Job Requirements
- College degree or equivalent experience in operations
- 1-2 years management or operations experience in the restaurant industry
- Ability to perform all restaurant operations positions and functions
- Standing for long periods without break
- Ability to meet the requirements of all subordinate positions
- Valid driver's license
- Availability to travel to multiple stores
- Ability to perform physical inspections in all restaurant areas
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in hot and cold environments
Job Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent experience in operations
- 1-2 years management or operations experience in the restaurant industry
- Knowledge of Wendy's operating systems and procedures
- Understanding of supervisory practices
- Competence in planning and budgeting
- Skills in interviewing and training practices
Job Duties
- Executing the store plan to achieve standards,sales, local marketing programs and profits
- Staffing and training personnel to maximize customer satisfaction
- Operating and maintaining the store efficiently
- Ensuring compliance with Wendy's operating systems, policies and procedures
- Analyzing P&L statements and implementing corrective actions
- Conducting physical inspections of the restaurant and managing supplies
- Traveling to multiple stores as needed to support operations
