Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum age of 18 years
  • proven experience in restaurant management
  • strong leadership and decision-making abilities
  • effective coaching and staff development skills
  • ability to meet and maintain operational standards
  • good communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • previous general manager experience running high volume locations
  • background in quick service restaurants preferred
  • experience in hospitality or retail industries
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication and organizational skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • 18 years or older

Job Duties

  • run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets critical standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • work with leadership to set and achieve restaurant goals
  • lead and support Department Managers in setting goals and improving their departments
  • provide coaching and direction to enhance team performance
  • hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
  • oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
