Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets critical standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- work with leadership to set and achieve restaurant goals
- lead and support Department Managers in setting goals and improving their departments
- provide coaching and direction to enhance team performance
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
- maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
