Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED, in progress or completed
- 5+ years of retail, food service, or restaurant management experience
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
- must obtain and maintain Manager Food Handler certification and alcohol server permit if required
- strong leadership and coaching abilities
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial reporting
- knowledge of labor laws
- strong communication skills
- customer-focused and proactive problem-solving approach
