Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older
  • prior General Manager experience managing high volume locations
  • background in quick service restaurants preferred
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to develop and motivate a team
  • capability to manage operational and financial aspects
  • availability to work flexible hours
  • committed to upholding high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience as a General Manager in high volume quick service restaurants
  • demonstrated leadership skills in managing teams
  • strong understanding of restaurant operations, including financial management
  • ability to set goals and drive results
  • experience in hospitality or retail sectors is a plus
  • effective communication and coaching abilities
  • capable of developing and mentoring managers
  • at least 18 years old to manage in corporate owned restaurants

Job Duties

  • run a profitable restaurant by meeting McDonald's quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • set restaurant goals collaboratively with leadership and develop plans to achieve them
  • lead and coach Department Managers, supporting their goal setting and progress
  • hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to strengthen leadership teams
  • oversee day-to-day restaurant operations ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • monitor financial performance and implement improvements
  • maintain a safe and clean environment for staff and customers
