Job Requirements
- High school degree
- Minimum of one year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry
- Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in the QSR or hospitality industry
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to stand for long periods without a break
- Frequent bending and kneeling
- Regular lifting and carrying up to 25 to 50 pounds
- Ability to work a 50-hour workweek including day shift night shift weekends holidays and overtime
- Ability to use restaurant equipment including warmer fryer register grill headset keyboard and computer
- Must be able to work well with others and provide courteous service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least one year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry
- Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in the QSR or hospitality industry
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Ability to complete all applicable training programs
- Ability to work many different shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to travel to other restaurants and area office as needed
Job Duties
- Ensure A level operations is maintained through execution of quality service and cleanliness standards on every daypart
- Supervise coordinate and delegate to ensure all food safety procedures are properly trained monitored and reinforced
- Assist with staffing the restaurant with trained employees
- Manage food labor and paper costs and other controllable expenses
- Work concentrate and perform duties accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Take direction and work well with others
- Provide courteous service and deal effectively with Wendy’s guests
