Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Extensive experience in restaurant management
- Ability to work 10-12 hour shifts and stand for long periods
- Capable of lifting 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Exceptional guest service skills
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Ability to handle stress and multitask

Job Qualifications
- Extensive experience leading a high-volume upscale restaurant
- Wine knowledge with preferred sommelier experience
- Servsafe Food and Alcohol certification preferred
- Some culinary experience or training
- Formal business education or restaurant management degree preferred
- Above average computer skills including Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
- Strong guest service mentality
- Effective leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze financial data
- Skilled in staff development and performance management

Job Duties
- Conduct facility walk through to ensure cleanliness and safety
- Complete administrative office work including answering emails and checking deliveries
- Review daily sales reports for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Communicate operational issues effectively to management and corporate staff
- Ensure proper staffing based on reservations and events
- Perform kitchen and bar line checks with Chef
- Set and achieve budgeted sales and profit levels
- Conduct pre-shift meetings to review daily updates
- Provide leadership and motivation to staff
- Rotate through restaurant stations during service
- Interact with guests to enhance their dining experience
- Complete closing duties including financial reporting
- Facilitate weekly manager meetings
- Monitor inventory and order supplies
- Plan and execute local marketing and community engagement
- Recruit, hire, orient, and train staff
- Write and conduct performance reviews
- Review banquets and special event planning with Sales Manager
- Attend training to enhance professional knowledge
- Build relationships within the community
- Develop business through catering and private dining sales
