Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience required
- 4-6 years of experience in family, fast food, or casual dining restaurants preferred
- college or culinary schooling preferred
- meet state age requirements for alcohol service where applicable
- ability to stand for entire shifts and walk long periods
- capability to push, lift, carry, and transfer up to 50 pounds
- ability to reach, handle objects, bend, stoop, taste, smell, and communicate verbally
- vision abilities including close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
- ability to access all areas of the restaurant including sales floor, stock, and register areas
- adhere to updated CDC, local, and state safety and sanitation guidelines
- willing to work varied shifts and weekends
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in alignment with company policies and legal regulations
- recruit, interview, hire, and train restaurant staff
- plan, assign, and direct work activities
- appraise employee performance and administer rewards and disciplinary actions
- foster a positive restaurant culture that encourages high employee engagement
- coach and mentor team members to achieve job success and guest satisfaction
- communicate sales performance and operational goals to the management team
- assist team members with job duties as needed
- champion sales-building activities including suggestive selling
- optimize table turnover and sales per guest/hour
- greet guests and resolve food quality and service issues
- maintain operational efficiency through cost control and profit management
- ensure compliance with OSHA, health, safety, and security policies
- enforce safe work behaviors to protect guests and staff
- monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- manage cash control, inventory, and scheduling
- oversee profit and loss including food, labor, and carryout costs
- control food costs using recipe and portion control
- optimize labor costs through effective scheduling
- ensure proper use and maintenance of restaurant equipment
- maintain facility and all company assets
- perform all other assigned duties
