Job Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Have completed your high school diploma or equivalent education
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of overall management experience in a high customer volume industry
  • Have at least 2 years of sales experience
  • Understand how to leverage P&L reports to set and manage business revenue goals
  • Have demonstrated experience hitting or exceeding company KPIs
  • Possess basic proficiency in technology such as MS Office Suite, Teams, and POS systems
  • Are available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Are results-driven, reliable, detail-oriented, and organized
  • Are able to stand for long periods of time and lift a minimum of 20 pounds
  • Ability to remain stationary and move around the park for long periods
  • Ability to frequently communicate and interact in a busy indoor environment

Job Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Completed high school diploma or equivalent education
  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of management experience in high customer volume industries
  • At least 2 years of sales experience, membership sales preferred
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed company KPIs
  • Basic proficiency with MS Office Suite, Teams, and POS systems
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively

Job Duties

  • Manage daily park operations and oversight of safety and cleanliness
  • Lead and develop Assistant General Managers and Team Leads
  • Hire, train, and manage team members including discipline and termination
  • Provide exceptional customer service and handle guest concerns
  • Manage park revenue, sales goals, and budgeting according to P&L reports
  • Develop and coordinate park marketing and promotions
  • Ensure facility compliance with safety standards and OSHA regulations
  • Monitor and maintain park attractions and equipment
  • Adjust staffing levels to meet operational and safety requirements
  • Complete inventory and maintenance documentation
