Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience managing a restaurant or food service team
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Physical ability to perform job duties including lifting up to 50 pounds and working in varying temperatures
  • Must maintain near constant communication with multiple people
  • Ability to bend, reach overhead, and work in tight spaces
  • Comfortable working near open flames and in hot and cold environments
  • Must be able to sit, squat, and kneel occasionally
  • Commitment to workplace safety and alertness

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or similar leadership role
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with inventory, labor, and staff management

Job Duties

  • Oversee all restaurant operations and team members
  • Provide leadership and motivation to ensure team members are guest-focused and team-focused
  • Develop yourself and others with a focus on self-improvement and supporting others
  • Lead the four-wall operation including people development, inventory, labor management, staffing, and accountability
  • Put customers first including internal customers (team members) through coaching, training, and corrective action when necessary
  • Consistently create loyal customers (CAVA fanatics) by inspiring teams to say yes to guests
  • Achieve operational results by taking ownership of every shift and demonstrating pride in the job
  • Foster collaboration and work with others to achieve group success
  • Adapt to change by solving problems with an open-minded and inclusive approach
  • Assist with additional duties as assigned
