Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience
- 4-6 years in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant experience preferred
- compliance with state alcohol serving age requirements where applicable
- ability to stand and walk for long periods
- capability to push, lift, carry, and transfer up to 50 pounds
- physical ability to bend, stoop, reach, and handle objects
- ability to taste, smell, and verbally communicate
- vision capabilities including close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment
- accessibility to all restaurant areas including selling floor, stock area, and register
- adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- assign and direct work
- appraise employee performance
- reward, discipline, or terminate staff as necessary
- address complaints and resolve operational problems
- shape restaurant culture and promote high employee engagement
- coach and mentor team members to ensure job success and guest satisfaction
- model professional behavior to create a warm and hospitable atmosphere
- communicate sales performance and forecast variances to management
- cascade corporate programs and initiatives to staff
- assist team members with duties as needed
- champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover and sales per guest
- greet guests and resolve food quality or service issues
- maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- ensure compliance with OSHA and health and safety regulations
- enforce safe work practices for guest and employee safety
- monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- control operations including cash security, inventory, and schedules
- manage profit and loss including food, labor, and carryout costs
- follow recipes and portion control to manage food costs
- optimize labor schedules and monitor sales performance
- ensure proper use of restaurant equipment
- maintain facility and company assets
- perform other duties as assigned
