Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of management experience in full-service kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
- ability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift objects with assistance
- strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Help develop financial operational plans/budgets and monitor their performance
- drive food & beverage sales
- review and control labor costs and other expenses
- manage day-to-day operations including scheduling, planning, and organizing
- supervise and direct regular training for staff members
- review profit & loss statements weekly/monthly and adjust action plans
- maintain high team morale and address HR or loss prevention issues
- resolve customer complaints to ensure guest satisfaction
- oversee and expand the food & beverage program
- work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
