Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of management experience in full-service kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
  • ability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
  • ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift objects with assistance
  • strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • excellent communication skills

Job Duties

  • Help develop financial operational plans/budgets and monitor their performance
  • drive food & beverage sales
  • review and control labor costs and other expenses
  • manage day-to-day operations including scheduling, planning, and organizing
  • supervise and direct regular training for staff members
  • review profit & loss statements weekly/monthly and adjust action plans
  • maintain high team morale and address HR or loss prevention issues
  • resolve customer complaints to ensure guest satisfaction
  • oversee and expand the food & beverage program
  • work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
