Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 4-6 years of prior restaurant experience preferred
- previous leadership role experience
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to manage and resolve conflicts
- capable of coaching and mentoring staff
- knowledge of restaurant operations and safety regulations
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform tasks requiring bending and reaching
- must comply with state alcohol serving age requirements if applicable
- basic computer literacy
- strong organizational and planning skills

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in line with company policies and laws
- recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- plan and assign tasks
- appraise performance
- reward and discipline staff including termination
- address complaints and resolve problems
- shape restaurant culture and boost employee engagement
- coach and mentor team members
- model professional behavior and foster a hospitable atmosphere
- communicate sales performance and cascade corporate initiatives
- assist team members with job duties as needed
- champion sales building and suggestive selling activities
- maximize table turnover and sales per guest
- meet and greet guests and resolve food quality and service issues
- maintain operational efficiency and cost controls
- ensure OSHA, health, safety, and security compliance
- enforce safety protocols
- monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- control cash, inventory, food, and labor costs
- review financial reports and schedules
- manage profit and loss including food and labor costs
- ensure proper use of equipment
- oversee maintenance of facility and assets
- perform all other assigned duties
